Janell is a warm and steady soul from Arizona who recently hung up her travel-the-world resort builder career to begin making her way in esthetics. Janell believes that women and girls are the future and she loves helping them to feel empowered. There's hardly a better way to confidence than beautiful eyes and a gorgeous smile, so she has set her focus on lash extensions, microblading for brows, and permanent shading of the lips and eye line. Janell likes to call it "life proof" beauty, and she gets her inspiration from all her resort living, as well as from her five years of beaching it in California. However, the vanity of the L.A. scene never really rubbed off on her - she is more of a naturalist with a Yogi spirit. Janell is kind, gracious and generous with compliments, though it is much less easy for her to except them from others. Humility runs so deep in her she hardly looks in mirror. She's got to be the inspiration for that 1990's country song "She Don't Know She's Beautiful" - just never crossed her mind : )

Janell enjoys yoga, art, music and long hikes. Plus, she's a real FOODIE, so she fits in just wonderfully with the rest of us at Betty Lash. We just love her and are so thankful to have her.
